On April 26, 2002, Vin being a gracious host invited Michaell Kerner to his Beverly Hills home to work on a script that they were working together for a new movie. Michael Kerner somehow began misbehaving at Vin's house and that became a problem for Vin. Micheal was warned not to bother Vin's mastiff named Roman a 170 pound muscular trained guard dog, but the warning was ignored and Michael and began acting not like an invited guest, but as a person with no respect for Vin's house. Roman being the trained guard dog bite Mr. Kerner in the croutch and Vin has taken the responsibility of Roman's action (his guard dog and best friend's) action to pay the medical expenses for Mr. Kerner. Mr. Kerner has filed an $8 Million lawsuit against my Vinny and claims to have incurred another $2,965 in medical expenses. I think that Vinny was very gracious enough to cover the medical expenses for Mr. Kerner, but don't try to get over on my Vinny!!! Mr. Kerner should count his blessing that his parts are still intact and that he only sustained lascerations on his private parts and he is claiming mental distress. But that bite is not worth $8 Million dollars!!!! Vinny and Michael are to come to an amiable settlement out of court and if this can't take place in January 2004, aTrial Court Date is set for June 16, 2004 before a Jury!

Michael Kerner has filed an $8 million lawsuit against Diesel, claiming he was viciously attacked by Roman, Vin's 170- pound mastiff, early last year and it left him with five very painful stitches in his crotch.
The chrome-domed "XXX" actor has taken responsibility for his dog's assault, but he doesn't believe the bite is worth the $8 million sum Kerner is demanding, a source told The ENQUIRER.
The dog is nearly 170 pounds of solid muscle and it's probably trained
to attack, which is exactly what it did with practically nowarning at
all! Michael suffered serious damages, but all things considered, the
outcome could have been a lot worse."
After the attack, the source says, Diesel sent his personal assistant to the hospital with Kerner and paid his initial hospital expenses. Since then, however, Kerner claims he's racked up another $2,925 in medical costs. Unless both parties can reach an out-ofcourt settlement, a jury trial is scheduled for June 16, 2004.
